Lakhisarai, Ajay Kumar, 24th December 2024: Union Minister of Coal and Mines, Satish Chandra Dubey, arrived in Lakhisarai on Tuesday to attend a personal event. He was warmly welcomed by BJP workers at the District Guest House. During his visit, Dubey addressed the media, sharply criticizing the opposition and sharing his views on various issues.
Reacting to the controversial remarks made about Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Dubey launched an attack on Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Lalu Prasad Yadav. He stated, “Lalu Yadav, who is mentally unwell, is calling others crazy. He had to stay in Ranchi jail due to his involvement in the animal husbandry scam. There is no better treatment for insanity than in Ranchi or Kake.”
On the issue of archaeological excavations in Sambhal, Dubey emphasized that if enough evidence is found, excavations and further action should be taken. He also took aim at the Mughal empire and Babur, stating, “It is our duty to bring historical truth to light, especially when there is evidence of harm to our heritage and forced occupation.”
Responding to Tejashwi Yadav’s comment calling Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s journey the “final journey,” Dubey sarcastically remarked, “If Tejashwi is a soothsayer, why doesn’t he predict his father’s future? He should tell us what the political future of Lalu Yadav looks like.”
The minister’s visit has not only energized BJP workers in Lakhisarai but also posed a significant political challenge to the opposition. His statements are likely to have a major impact in the upcoming electoral environment.
