Patna, 11th December, 2024, Vikas Kumar Ojha: Hon’ble Governor, Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, participated as the chief guest at the ‘Late Kalika Nandan Prasad Singh Birth Centenary Celebration’ held at Lalit Narayan Mishra Economic Development and Social Transformation Institute, Patna.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that Late Kalika Babu dedicated his life to the service of society. His personality and contributions need to be brought before the public so that the younger generation can draw inspiration from him. He guided countless individuals without seeking any leadership position for himself.
The Governor further stated that God sends such individuals among us who guide society through their life and work, and Kalika Babu was one of them. He was a true Karmayogi, and his work remains a beacon for the future. His life is exemplary. The Governor also suggested organizing a lecture series on the life and works of Late Kalika Babu.
The event was also addressed by the Hon’ble Speaker of Bihar Legislative Assembly, Shri Nand Kishore Yadav, Former Governors of Sikkim and Meghalaya, Shri Ganga Prasad, Hon’ble Revenue and Land Reform Minister, Dr. Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, and Shri Vinayak Deshpande from Vishva Hindu Parishad, among others.
