Patna,December 19th, 2024, Vikas K Ojha : In view of the increased passenger traffic expected during the Maha Kumbh Mela, the Railway Department has announced the operation of the following special trains:
1. Train No. 01217/01218 Nagpur-Danapur-Nagpur Kumbh Mela Special
– Train No. 01217 will run from Nagpur to Danapur on 26th January, 5th, 9th, and 23rd February 2025. Departure: 10:00 AM from Nagpur, stops at Prayagraj Chivki (2:35 AM), DDU (6:30 AM), Buxar (8:00 AM), Ara (9:00 AM), arriving at Danapur at 11:00 AM.
– Train No. 01218 will run from Danapur to Nagpur on 27th January, 6th, 10th, and 24th February 2025. Departure: 4:00 PM from Danapur, stops at Ara (5:00 PM), Buxar (6:00 PM), DDU (8:00 PM), Prayagraj Chivki (11:20 PM), and reaches Nagpur at 7:30 PM the next day.
2. Train No. 09019/09020 Valsad-Danapur-Valsad Kumbh Mela Special
– Train No. 09019 will run from Valsad to Danapur on 8th, 17th, 21st, 25th January, and 8th, 15th, 19th, and 26th February 2025. Departure: 8:40 AM from Valsad, with stops at Prayagraj Chivki (10:25 AM), DDU (2:20 PM), Buxar (3:45 PM), Ara (5:00 PM), arriving at Danapur at 6:00 PM.
– Train No. 09020 will return from Danapur to Valsad on 9th, 18th, 22nd, 26th January, and 9th, 16th, 20th, and 27th February 2025. Departure: 11:30 PM from Danapur, with stops at Ara (12:28 AM), Buxar (1:30 AM), DDU (3:15 AM), Prayagraj Chivki (5:50 AM), reaching Valsad at 9:30 AM the next day.
3. Train No. 09021/09022 Vapi-Gaya-Vapi Kumbh Mela Special
– Train No. 09021 will run from Vapi to Gaya on 9th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 24th January, and 7th, 14th, 18th, 22nd February 2025. Departure: 8:20 AM from Vapi, with stops at Prayagraj Chivki (10:25 AM), DDU (2:20 PM), Bhabua Road (3:30 PM), Sasaram (4:10 PM), Dehri on Son (4:32 PM), and Anugrah Narayan Road (4:54 PM), arriving at Gaya at 7:00 PM.
– Train No. 09022 will return from Gaya to Vapi on 10th, 17th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 25th January, and 8th, 15th, 19th, and 23rd February 2025. Departure: 10:00 PM from Gaya, with stops at Anugrah Narayan Road (11:30 PM), Dehri on Son (12:02 AM), Sasaram (12:30 AM), Bhabua Road (1:20 AM), DDU (3:15 AM), Prayagraj Chivki (5:50 AM), reaching Vapi at 10:00 AM the next day.
4. Train No. 06207/06208 Mysuru-Danapur-Mysuru Special
– Train No. 06207 will run from Mysuru to Danapur on 18th January, 15th February, and 1st March 2025. Departure: 4:30 PM from Mysuru, with stops at Prayagraj Chivki (1:45 AM), DDU (6:30 AM), Buxar (7:50 AM), Ara (8:45 AM), reaching Danapur at 10:00 AM.
– Train No. 06208 will return from Danapur to Mysuru on 22nd January, 19th February, and 5th March 2025. Departure: 1:45 AM from Danapur, with stops at Ara (2:15 AM), Buxar (3:30 AM), DDU (5:55 AM), Prayagraj Chivki (9:10 AM), reaching Mysuru at 3:00 PM on Friday.
5. Train No. 03021/03022 Howrah-Tundla-Howrah Kumbh Mela Special
– Train No. 03021 will run from Howrah to Tundla from 1st to 8th January, and 16th, 20th, and 24th January, 5th, 7th, 14th, 21st, and 26th February 2025. Departure: 7:35 PM from Howrah, with stops at Dhanbad (12:05 AM), Parasnath (1:18 AM), Hazaribagh Road (1:58 AM), reaching Tundla at 7:20 PM.
– Train No. 03022 will return from Tundla to Howrah on 3rd to 10th January, and 18th, 22nd, and 26th January, 7th, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 28th February 2025. Departure: 11:20 AM from Tundla, with stops at Prayagraj Jn. (7:00 PM), DDU (12:05 AM), Bhabua Road (1:38 AM), Sasaram (3:15 AM), and other stations, reaching Howrah at 3:20 PM.
6. Train No. 03023/03024 Howrah-Tundla-Howrah Kumbh Mela Special
– Train No. 03023 will run from Howrah to Tundla on 20th, 22nd, 23rd January, and 16th, 17th, 18th, and 20th February 2025. Departure: 12:30 AM from Howrah, reaching Tundla at 2:30 AM the next day.
– Train No. 03024 will return from Tundla to Howrah on 21st, 23rd, 24th January, and 17th, 18th, 19th, 21st February 2025. Departure: 11:20 AM from Tundla, reaching Howrah at 3:20 PM.
7. Train No. 03025/03026 Howrah-Tundla-Howrah Kumbh Mela Special
