Kaimur, December 20th, 2024, Ajit Kumar: In compliance with the seizure and attachment order issued by the Durgaawati Court, the local police carried out actions at the residences of two fugitives in different parts of the region on Friday.
According to police sources, Rohua resident Vijendra Singh Yadav, son of late Lakshmi Narayan Singh Yadav, has been evading arrest since being charged under Case No. 295/01, Section 364A, registered at the Bhabua police station. Similarly, Javed Ali, son of Zaheer Mian of Durgaawati Bazaar, is wanted in Case No. 164/11, Sections 379 and 411, registered at the Durgaawati police station. Both have been absconding for years, prompting the court to issue warrants for the seizure of their properties.
Execution of Court Orders
On Friday, a police team led by Sub-Inspectors Sunil Paswan and Shantanu Kumar, along with Woman Sub-Inspector Pratibha Kumari, carried out the court-mandated seizure operations at the homes of the fugitives in Rohua and Durgaawati.
