Patna, Vikas Kumar Ojha, December 24th, 2024: Today, three railway employees and their dependents met with the General Manager of the East Central Railway, Chhatrasal Singh, at the headquarters in Hajipur to discuss their concerns. During the meeting, the employees raised issues related to departmental concerns, salary, appointments, and other related matters. The General Manager listened to the concerns attentively and directed relevant departments to take swift action and resolve the issues within the stipulated time frame.
The General Manager said, “We will take every possible step to make the work life of our railway employees smoother. All complaints will be addressed swiftly to ensure that employees do not face any inconvenience.” He assured that no delays would be tolerated, and efforts would be made to resolve all the issues promptly.

The General Manager also announced that from now on, every Tuesday would be set aside for railway employees to meet the General Manager and raise their issues directly with him. Employees are required to register their names beforehand in the personnel department to secure an appointment. This initiative provides a structured and accessible way for employees to get their issues addressed without any hassle.
