A recent notification erroneously mentioned it as a weekly service, but East Central Railway clarified that there is no change in its operation, ensuring uninterrupted daily service between Patna and Dumka.
Extension of Special Train Services
To accommodate passenger convenience, the operation of 15 pairs of special trains within the East Central Railway jurisdiction has been extended. Here are the details:
- Purnea Court-Bihariganj-Purnea Court Special (05232/05231): 31 additional trips; daily from January 1 to January 31, 2025.
- Saharsa-Purnea Court-Saharsa Special (05552/05551): 31 additional trips; daily from January 1 to January 31, 2025.
- Danapur-Saharsa-Danapur Special (03350/03349): 31 additional trips; daily from January 1 to January 31, 2025.
- Danapur-Ara-Danapur Special (03303/03304): 31 additional trips; daily from January 1 to January 31, 2025.
- Rajendranagar-Ara-Rajendranagar Special (03319/03320): 31 additional trips; daily from January 1 to January 31, 2025.
- Patna-Kiul-Patna Special (03206/03205): 31 additional trips; daily from January 1 to January 31, 2025.
- Mokama-Kiul-Mokama Special (03346/03345): 31 additional trips; daily from January 1 to January 31, 2025.
